What is the Camp Card fundraiser?
The Camp Card fundraiser is a Discount Card with offers from local and National vendors/companies. This is a great deal for $10! The offers are a great mix of retail, dining, automotive services, entertainment, & much more.
Each card also includes an online access code to 100s of additional coupons at over 500,000 locations nationwide.
When will the program run?
The Camp Card sales begin March 15, 2025 and ends on May 2, 2025. Units will be able to start selling when they receive their cards.
How much does the Camp Card cost & what is the pricing structure?
The Camp Card retail cost will be $10 and your Scouting Unit will earn a $5 profit for each one sold. Below is a breakdown of the pricing structure.
$5 Unit Sales Profit
$5 Council funding for support materials & inventory expenses. (Units need to pay $5 per card sold to the Council by 5/6/25)
$1.00 restocking fee for all unsold cards returned from the Unit to Longhorn Council.

When can I order cards?
Ordering can begin today!
How do I order cards?
Completely Fill out and return the Camp Card Order Receipt form to Bryant.butler@scouting.org.
When will I receive my Camp Cards?
Cards will be mailed to the unit leader listed on the form. Units also have the option of picking cards up from the Council Service Center if indicated on the form.
When will funds be due to Council?
Funds will be due to Council no later than Tuesday, May 6, 2025
Can I return my unsold Scout Savers?
Unsold/unregistered cards can be returned to Longhorn Council accompanied by a $1.00 restocking fee per card.
If I order a small amount first & need more, can I get additional inventory?
Yes. Units will pre-order cards & are able to re-order to supply their selling needs throughout the campaign season (re-orders could take up to 2 weeks to fulfill from the vendor if not in Council stock)
